I planned to shift my household goods from Mumbai to Bangalore. I contacted Arya packers & movers on the basis of reviews on mouthshut. I filled their online survey, but no one replied back. I the contacted them and they assured someone will get back but again nothing happened. On calling again today, they said someone has mailed me, but again I have received nothing. I called them again and the guy who received the call said he was on a bike and cut the call. Have received no communication yet. Am surprised how people are writing such good reviews when they are not even attending a prospective customer’s request.
Makes me think all the so called "good reviews" here are fabricated.
