After reading many best reviews regarding the Aryas packers I thought I would chose them for intra city moving. We were moving our house with in Bangalore. The good part is the response from the team after I called was really good and the representative from them has come to our house and quoted the value which they have not changed later (from my previous experience with other packers I was really afraid but thanks to them they did not change anything regarding that) .
But the part I want to talk about is the way they packed and the way they moved the things. They just dumped all the kitchen goods in one and not looking at whether they are fragile or not and also while bringing in the Sofa such goods they were not at all professional. Though we are not professional packers we know the Sofa needs to be tilted to bring in from the door and to my horror they just tried to pulled in straight due to which it got stuck in between and the supervisor was just sitting and looking at them instead of guiding the others.
We have to rush to them to guide on every product so that goods are brought in to house safely (I wish I had all my friends here to guide them because only 2 of us can’t guide all 5 people). Also while unpacking we thought we will help them in unpacking so that it will be fast and after few minutes we started helping them all of them were sitting and chatting where me and my husband were doing the unpacking.
I may not say they have did the worst service but they have even not done the best service either.
P.S: When I looked at the other reviews I see they are inter city and none of them are for intra city, I am not sure if they are best in that too.
