"I was forced to add on to this review for 2 reasons - 1. that people from Arya, either through bots or through fake ids are trolling on my review. Their modus operandi is to rate my review as’not useful’ and try to divert attention. I commend the bogus methodology used by Arya. They use all the loopholes in a site like Mouthshut to their advantage. Look at the comments, they are just trolling with the bots typing some mundane, nonsense on my reviews. Just an example of the ill effects of social media which crooks like these use for their benefit. And
- I was so pissed with the constant notifications mouthshut sent me in the last one day because the bots were rating my reviewing, I was incensed enough to write this note over the review to emphasis that these guys are thugs and please stay away from them. My review hopefully helps you.
I believe that people write a liner when they are happy with a service but can rant a lot when they are totally pissed with them. You can judge me by the time I have taken to come back again."
STAY AWAY from these ROGUES
Been a while since I used their service and I am one of their highly disappointed customers. Thet are shady company with a shady identity. I shifted my car and some stuff from Bangalore to Pune in April and I really regret doing it through Arya or Aryan(as their logo reads here). I am impressed with only one thing about their business and that is their use of referrals to impress prospects. Just like reviews here plus giving numbers of’supposed’ customers who sing praises, they just make one believe that they are the ray of hope in the muck you see out there. They play with the pysche of the customers by pretending to be professional amongst the rest of the rot but they ain’t actually.
Only when you give them the business, you realize that they don’t have as many offices as they claim and they use other transporters to ship goods and take their cut and never take responsibility of ensuring goods reach you safely, leaving you dependent on some other vendor.
My car reached the second day of me sending it off from Bangalore but instead of anyone from Arya, some other driver called up asking me to take the delivery at 1 in the night. I refused, asking him to deliver it the next day evening or morning before 9 and after that day, the turmoil started. It took me a week, after numerous follow ups with Mr. chaudhary and others to get my car(Accent). My Chaudhary even stopped taking my calls after a while and evaded me. On delivery, I find my car with a huge dent on the left side of the bonnet and a two goons, talking rudely, asking me payup and let them go. Had to argue a lot over the phone with Arya guys to get a 500 rupee discount and later realized that the car was delivered through some Bharadwaj Transport and not Arya themselves as they do not own any trailers or have offices as they claim.
I was just happy to see my car back and have to spend 3 times more to get the dent taken care of. I swore that I never would use Arya and also make sure that I spread the word and forewarn other vulnerable prospects to not fall for their demeanour of being a professional outfit. They are nowhere close to being one and trust me, you will have a torrid time dealing with them once your goods leave your home for the destination. Till then you will be praying just for the safety of your delivery. Stay away!
