Arya packers is the most unprofessional group. I opted for this packers and movers for sake of trying a different packers this time apart from Agarwal packers.
Goods to be transported was a bike pulsar 220 weighs 150+ Kg.
Arya packers promises delivery in 3 days but I opted for delivery on 4th day and I got delivery on 5th day after going through lot of agony .
There is no realtime tracking facility available. People incharge is the most unprofessional lot to deal with ( yes they surprised me with lying about the location everytime I called them for update).
On the day of delivery , the brave heart driver arrived with the truck at my location without porters to unload a 150+ Kg vehicle.
Damages suffered - The main stand rendered useless because of major twisted metal during transport.
Suggestion to customers: go for better packers. Arya packers is like a coolie who takes advantage of people in need. MOST UN-PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
