Hi I am Vijay, I used Arya packers and Movers service to move my household goods and car from Gurgaon to Chennai, My review would have been "excellent" instead of "good" if I would have got good response from arya’s management, most of the time my calls were not answered and they were not able to update about the whereabouts of my goods while in transit, the service would have been as flawless as the initial process and packing the goods and the professional people who came for packing in Gurgaon were good and efficient . However, I am not impressed with the customer service, however I must say there were no conflict and damages. Overall, Arya Movers were prompt(delivering my goods and car on time), kind, professional . I see many more customers complaining about the same thing with arya about the response, by now they should have improved . anyways thanks for the job done keep up the good work.
