We firstly booked a different movers and packers company to shift our household goods from Gurgaon to Noida but those movers cancelled on us at 10:00pm the night before our move. I called Arya packers and movers through their website at about 10:30, and had a Conversation with Mr Choudhary he gave us the estimate over the Phone and said they will be able to do the job even after such short notice so finally we confirmed the order with Arya .
Vikas and his team were incredibly professional, polite, and efficient. They showed up right on time, worked quickly but thoroughly, and got our stuff in just the right place. Best of all, they were friendly, and even came back to drop off something that had accidentally remained in the truck.
The whole experience was great. Mr Choudhary called mid-move to check in and followed up afterwards to make sure everything had gone well. They weren’t the cheapest option, but the price is reasonable for the incredibly high level of professionalism and responsiveness you get. I would definitely use Arya again.
