Since the previous comments were posted, Mr Prabhat Choudhary has personally stepped in to resolve the matter. Our car was finally delivered and Mr Choudhary has agreed to reimburse for the damages that some of the furniture have suffered during transit.
Mr Choudhary is the bright spot in the organizational hierarchy. He personally coordinated with the counterparts in Pune for the final settlement.
It is quite possible that the service of Arya Packers and Movers is good within Bangalore and neighboring areas(since the head office is based in Bangalore), however I would advise that one evaluate the partners and service in other cities prior to engagement.
Make sure you are in touch with Mr Choudhary till the final settlement to ensure a smooth relocation.
