This is Atul we relocated our stuff with the help of arya packers and movers from Coimbatore to Bangalore , Actually When I called them to get information about the cost of moving , about the Branch they Denied to take order of Moving from Coimbatore to Bangalore , They said they don’t have Branch in Coimbatore and it will be very expensive to confirm the order with them as the vehicle labours and everything has to be arranged from Bangalore . But I wanted to Move using arya packers service as I have had heard a lot about these guys online and even one of my friend recommended them so finally took an online quote and confirmed the order .
We Planned to move on Monday (July 1st) , and we asked them to send the vehicle and packing people early morning on Monday ,
Day 1 June 30 a guy From Arya Office Bangalore Came for a pre-move survey , just to confirm the the goods mentioned were same . and that guy told us , Packing People and the container Will Be At Our Door Step By 8 in the morning .
Day 2 , 3 guys With Some Packing material came to our place and started the work with what they had , like Dismantling 2 Double Beds, 3 Cupboards , Geyser , Tata Sky . Which they took about 4 hrs but there was no sign of vehicle , packing material , packing people .mean time the other 3 guys were sitting idle doing nothing because they had no packing material to pack with .finally after a lot of calls everything arrived by 6 in the evening . Now with 6 people and complete packing material they started the job and completed almost half of the packing in 3hrs .
We asked them to leave for the day and the rest of the packing can be on the next day as we were very tired .
Day 3 . Out of 6 guys now they were 4 guys , they started the work by 10 in the morning and were done complete packing and loading by 3 , they also dealt with local labour , and paid them what they asked for ( for those who don’t know in Coimbatore , Customer have to suffer a lot dealing with local labour guys as they have a labour union here ). The Vehicle then Departed By 4 and reached Bangalore Next day early morning .
Day 4 . We Reached Bangalore early morning by 6 and asked them to start the job according to their convenience , and they started unloading by 7 , I must admit that the packing people were very efficient , after unpacking and rearrangement of all goods we very quite impressed with the work , everything was just perfect .And that’s the main reason I am Giving them a four star .
Happy With - Packing , Commitment Of Price , Hard working Staff , and people from Bangalore office were in touch through out
Disappointed - This Work was suppose to be completed in 2 days , where in it took one day extra due to negligence I am not sure whom to blame for that , the driver ? or the management ?
Conclusion - I can recommend arya packers and movers only based on the packing part and safety . Customer can utilize their service where they have their own office , Not tie-ups .
