Total sham of a movers and packers business. Zero professionalism, delivery times are twice or more of what they have committed, upfront payment demanded so that the customer can not leverage anything in case of delays.
Customer care and all other contact details are of a guy by the name Anil or Ravi who starts throwing attitude at the drop of a hat, most of the times his answer to you will be " sir, I will call you back" and the call never comes, you have to keep chasing them.
I was told the the goods will be delivered in maximum 8 days, I am writing this on the 15th day and I still do not have any idea where my goods are. I have plans to drag these guys to a consumer court to make them realize that they should honor their commitments.
It seems a bunch of truck drivers decided one fine day to start this business and committed themselves to following the rules of the road (only thing: they are truck drivers and do not follow any rules) On second thoughts, you might like to use them if you have a truck load of stuff to be moved. I had 7 large suitcases to be moved and the experience has been bad. I would however not recommend them to anyone for the sheer lack of customer sensitivity. Please avoid even if you are desperate.
