I been this hotel about a week for my business trip.
Bad Things:-

1) hot water not coming shower,
2) Geyser are not heating the water up to the mark,
2) linens are atleast 1year old,
3) food price are high,
4) when you place the B*fast order it will take minimum 30 minutes to you.
Even I have shifted twice in this duration due to bathroom In-convinces.
Good Thing
=====
1) Hotel staff are good who really listen when ever you ask for any services.
2) Optimum level of cleanness of rooms.
So I won’t recommend this hotel for staying in Shimla. One of my friend was staying in "Bright land Hotel" near by Bus Stand, and he was recommended this hotel.
