My parents being doctors, are very health conscious and me being the complete opposite, love to binge on pickles. So one fine day my mother happen to buy this Ashoka carrot pickle in olive oil and my reaction to it was not good initially.
Since I did not have any choice I tasted it during eating my meal and loved the flavour it gave. I did not expect a carrot pickle to be so flavour packed. The only thing I did not like about this pickle is the taste of olive oil.
I personally don’t like its taste but if you are a fan of olive oil and love pickles the way I do then this is for you. Worth trying if you love to challenge your taste buds.
