Recently got a job in Baroda and opted for Ashoka packers - Hyderabad to deliver my luggage from Hyderabad - Vadodara. On the day of departure the staff came and they did the packing (on a positive note the staff came for packing did a good job) and when they are giving me the bill they quoted extra amount of Rs 1500/- or something for service tax of my car.
They didn’t informed me earlier and when I called the office Mr. Prakash Singh answered the call in a very un courteous/unprofessional manner and he said that their executive did a mistake while giving the quotation (the executive gave the quotation for I 10 instead I am having I 20) and I need to bare the extra amount or else I can opt out for their services. It was already 8.30 Pm in the night and in the early morning I have confirmed flight tickets for my entire family since I have no choice I payed the extra amount. Delivery: They promised me they would deliver my luggage and car in 3-4 days and they took almost 6 days to deliver my luggage and they didn’t deliver my car till now (still waiting for the car)
Customer Service:
When I tried to call the transport coordinator MR Veer singh, he was bluffing that they didn’t promised that they would deliver the luggage in 3-4 days instead he said that it will take a week or so. Even though after weeks time they didn’t delivered my car.
Unloading:
They hired local workers for unloading (after my follow up with the driver, they didn’t hired till I enquired about unloading) and they did the unloading in an unprofessional manner.
OVERALL VERDICT: PLEASE DONT OPT FOR ASHOKA PACKERS AND MOVERS - HYDERABAD, EVEN THOUGH IF YOU HAVE OPTED, BEWARE OF MR VEER SINGH [09390941785] AND PRAKASH SINGH [DONT HAVE HIS NUMBER] AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY WILL NOT BE A PART OF YOUR LUGGAGE TRANSIT PROCESS.
