Yesterday, on 08/12/13, I have shifted from Shikohpur, Gurgaon to Krishi Kunj, Pusa, New Delhi by taking your services. The booking was confirmed by Mr Pandey(mobile no: 9212037055).
The overall experience was good with this shifting until the unloading, so, I gave good feedback to the company, when one of the person the company came to collect money and feedback after the shifting. But, I was shocked when he started rude and absurd behavior after the filling of feedback form and demanded more money in the form of docket charges.
As the booking was made in Rs 7500/- in total including all kind of charges and confirmed by Mr Pandey(one of the booking person of company) over phone and through SMS so there is no question to charge more. Other than this, he also claimed that, there is wrong address mentioned by me for relocating. He also wanted to charge more for this also.
I had clearly informed Mr Pandey that I have to get shift for Pusa institute quarters situated near Inderpuri side. When Mr Pandey asked me to tell other places situated near by the pusa institute, then, I told him that Patel Nagar, Inderpuri are near to Pusa intitute. But the person who came to collect feedback and money was not ready to listen me and continue to claim more money. On this, I advised him to clarify from the booking person then he was not ready to listen me and continue to talk in very rude and absurd language.
At last when he talked with Mr Pandey, then Mr Pandey clarified him about the correct information. But even though, he claimed that my booking was made up to Pusa Road/Patel Nagar. I never told them about Pusa Road and it was Pusa institute and the quarters situated near to Inderpuri side of Pusa Intitute(Krishi Kunj) and even after this, if, the booking person made it pusa road then it is mistake on part of the company’s booking person.
The feedback and money collecting person also claimed that my "from address" was also wrong which was clearly said Krishi Vigyan Kendra(KVK), Shikohpur Gurgaon by me during booking. It was a very bad experience with you, that is why, I am sending my revised feedback at mouthshut so other customers will also get benefit.
Now my feedback for the company is very poor specially in staff behavior/wrong claim/charges and I never want to use their services again in future for my next shifting. They should ashamed by keeping such persons in the company who spoil all the things in last movement, even after collecting feedback from me. As he might know that, if, he collect feedback in last then I might not give him a positive feedback. He only started his claim and rude behavior after collecting feedback and this shows that he wanted some extra money to his pocket by claiming false things.
I advise the company to improve the staff knowledge and behavior and take steps to save the company’s name to keep faith of customers. I may have many better options but if they do not find better persons in their staffs then they may continue to loss faith of customers.
I advise customers not to go for this company mere to price difference for shifting as in last you will feel that it was better to spend some more bucks as they will not provide service for even what you will pay and I find that there is no significant price difference between packers and movers companies. So choose best.
