There is no meaning of appointment taken in advance to consult Dr. RC Soni, as there is no system and waiting time could be around 4-5 hours after appointment . In fact there is no transparency and no display to really understand the waiting time. It is all manual process driven by hospital staff. Not expected such waste of time from a hospital of repute charging Rs.800/- in first visit.
