When I went to Asian paints Color world they shown me the color card of Asian paint Royale Emulsion, and I purchased golden colour royale emulsion ;Cost RS 650/Lit.But when it was being painted on two arches (large entrance between rooms)inside my house.
It is found that paint is not getting dried even after 12 hours & paint oozes from top to bottom, so that we have to continuously clean the floor.Next day painter removed all the paint, and applied sand paper and putty again applied this so called ’ROYALE’ Emulsion
This time the rate of oozing found to be less, But completely dried only after 20 hours.I complained with company using no: 1800 - 209 - 5678, initially the executive refused to register complaint saying that this paint is not applied on regular wall, But after persuasion she registered , but not body from company responded so far, This paint applied on the pillar of my porch not dried even after 3 days ( picture attached)
