Regret to inform you that despite of several mails, phone calls with local representatives, issue hasn’t been resolved which is leaving me with no other option to opt another repuated painting agency.
Initially, I thought to go ahead with asian paints being number 1 in market share in this industry by hook or croock but now I’m happy now that I didn’t opt for Asian Paints as it was pathetic to deal with your representatives, they all are technically unsound, coward in accepting responsibility and many more..
It seems your representatives taking clients as granted by not picking up calls, misdirecting and suggesting costlier option just to safe guard his workmanship as if they know customers will in any case go with Asian due to their reputation in market.
But my dear friends, Indian consumers have become sensible on their needs now, this monopolistic attitude will not take Asian paints any further and I’ll make sure to take this up at any levels that I can.
