ASIAN PAINTS IS A COMPLETE SCAM…
Yes , Asian paints is a complete SCAM . I would highly recommend you considering any other painting company but Asian paints. WORST SERVICE , WORST CUSTOMER CARE , WORST MANAGERS AND WORST COMPANY EVER. We had painted our house a year ago . At the time of painting the person assigned used to come and behave as if we are working under him and had a egoistic Attitude. No one came to visit the site during the paint , the workers did the paint according to their own convience. We had selected the highest quality of paint for our house and within a month the paint started to crack, walls started to leave the colour. From past one year I had called the Asian paints customer care so many times that their number is now registered in my phones most frequently dialed list. Those guys are a complete scamster , they will take your money and leave you hanging , no one will answer your calls other than the customer service people and the customer service guys will ask for 24 hrs , 48 hrs and nothing will happen , till now I have raised 4 critical priority tickets but the manager in our area doesn’t even care to do his work. From past 6 months we are constantly asking them to repair the work they have messed but they don’t even care to visit the site or call back us anytime .
ASIAN PAINTS IS A HUGE SCAM AND THEY WILL CONVINCE YOU IN ALL POSSIBLE WAYS TO TAKE THEIR SERVICE BUT IN THE END ALL YOU WILL HAVE IS REGRET FOR CHOOSING THEM. EASE VISIT OTHER PAINT COMPANIES BUT NEVER GO FOR ASIAN PAINTS.
