Hello Customer Care @ Asian Paints Team,
We had our interiors done between 2022-23, first of all there was a huge delay in the handover of the project. It was supposed to be handed over in the month of dec-22 and was handed over in April-23, but not even a year later and all the doors started shaking and making noise.
The entire bedroom wardrobe is about to fall and is coming out from the wall every day. Wardrobe doors are jammed and kitchen cabinet doors of some clip sort have come out from all the doors. We have spent 10 lakhs and a total waste of money spent with Asian paints.
Over to all this we were promised for 10 years warranty and support and not even a year and simply zero support. Nobody bothers to even answer the call, reply to the message or call back to the customer.
One of the worst project teams I have worked with, I being a general manager of an organization worked on various projects and never allowed my team to get this sort of response from a customer. Such a pathetic irresponsible team that Asian Paints have as a project execution team.
I need to definitely write about Kalaiarasan. I have never seen such an irresponsible and careless person who was just a pure sales guy and didn’t even bother to answer the call. I have called him at least 4-5 times and never bothered to answer the call or call back also. I am not sure how he is even sustaining as a sales guy without this basic etiquette. There was one more person of no use in the team by name Krishna, he would respond once in a blue moon whenever he wished too.
I reported the issue on whatsapp group on 8th May 2024 and its 2 months and none of these guys even bothered to call, respond or try to fix any of this problem. I don’t have a clue of whom to contact where to write with this sort of irresponsible approach of the Asian paints team.
