Buying a BSA treadmill for home use that cost me an estimated 30K from Asian Sky shop was probably the most stupidest decision that I ever took. The company even provides after sales services and is authorized by BSA to fix and service as necessary. I soon found teething problems with the treadmill and sought help from all corners. There is absolutely no service at all.
I am waiting for over 3 weeks now. Have called the service center (which is Asian Sky shop themselves) over 10 times.
And all they say is that they have shortage of manpower, people are really busy in sales and some other peculiar excuses. The machine requires regular maintenance and they sold me a lifelong maintenance contract as well which I paid for. However, if they cant respond to calls within warranty and makes people wait for over 3 weeks with total silence from their end, I doubt how they are going to do any lifelong service.
I would say Asian Sky shop is a big-time loser, who can’t provide any services they promised in writing not even within warranty, not ever.
