I visited the Asian Woman spa in Bangalore(they have converted it to a unisex spa now). I chose to go for a foot reflexology as I had a bad ache in my foot and ankles since two weeks. Looking at the decor and ambiance of the spa, I was quite impressed. The spa exudes a look of’Bali’ which is known for herbs and spas, spirituality, etc. I loved the scent the was all around the premise.
The session took place for 45 minutes in an open area among the nature and plants. It was evening time due to which I had a lot of mosquito bites, also since it wasn’t done indoors. I was disappointed due to the service since there were no precautions taken for driving out the mosquitoes. Apart from this, I found the rates really expensive for the foot massage I got. I found it more like a pain rather than relaxation but I still had no choice but to pay. I think the person was a new joinee. I went on a weekend and there was just one person apart from me. Overall, my experience was average. I won’t recommend this spa to anyone, even if they’re willing to pay a higher price.
