Asianet is one of the worst internet service provider in Trivandrum. You cannot expect continuous uninterrupted connection for at least 2 hours. If you are on an important video call you are doomed. Connection speed are nowhere they have promised.
The worst part is the customer care. You call them for registering complaints, they won’t do that. Instead, they will instruct us to "switch on /off the modem" ." Detach and reconnect the cable" it’s not easy to get them register your complaint.
Even if you register complaints, it would get’automatically’ resolved after 8 hours - no matter if the issue has been solved or not.
