We have been using asianet broadband more than one year, we are using 999 unlimited plan speed is very good . but the problem is without any kind of information they will disconnect the connection I will explain
we had 3858INR due last date they email us was 15/7/2018 they were planning to pay the amount before the due date . but suddently today morning my internet connection they disconnected, without internet I can do my work, my customers disapointed. first I didnt understand why internet is not getting, then we call the customer care 8086011111 ohhh goodness it take too much time for pick my call. after I had told them about my problem. they said because of the due they disconnected our connection . I tell them I got email from them last date to pay amout is 15/07/2018 there are 10 more days how can you disconnect without any notice . then I paid the due and again call them they said it takes 4 HOURS MINIMUM TO GET CONNCTION . my small business was loss today. my customers was unhappy today because of ASIANET BROADBAND INTERNET PROVIDER
