I opted for homenet 475, the offer for this plan is minimum 256 kbps and maximum 4mbps, which means I have to get around 2.5 mbps on average. but most of the time I am getting a speed of only around 300 to 800 kbps and at time even below 256 kbps. I complained to asianet customer care about this and the reply was " The bandwidth offered for Homenet 475 scheme is not a dedicated one and is provided on shared band width policy". and nothing can be done. I have already paid for one year and now I don’t know how to get rid of this connection.
