I had been a user of BSNL broadband for almost 7-8 years. But unfortunately when I shifted to my new place for my education, I was told to take upASIANET as the LOCALS said it is more convenient(how stupid of me!).
I must say this is the most unprofessional of services I have ever experienced. At first, I couldnt get access to certain websites(like conduira), through their service. At the same time, the site worked fine whenever I tethered the mobile connection. I had to call them up more than thrice to resolve the issue(plus you know they are into poor and malicious network shaping; also many of my download managers started to perform well after this). Apart from that I had issues with the line itself many times. I remember that during my seven years with BSNL, there is only one occasion when I called up their customer service. The main mantra of Asianet is "its your error". I have recently noticed that most of the comnection issues pop up when I try to use the night unlimited portion of my scheme!
Then comes their login scheme.another display of their poor technical acumen. On numerous occasions, I had to call their customer care to reconnect myself after logging out. Also I wonder if they ever notice my combo offer. Right now I am not in a situation to change my ISP, but I would definitely after January. I am fed up speaking to their customer service personnel who doesnt carry an iota of sense.
This is the most unreliable ISP I have dealt with. Even my mobile 3G net is more reliable than these frauds. It was a grave mistake from my side to expect quality from a set of people who run the most crass and morally degraded Tv channel, perhaps in the entire world.Unreliable, No RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS, Senseless Personnel.simply the worst!
