I have wrongly suggested Asianet to my parents who were using Bsnl. The only issue with BSNL was the speed but at least I could talk to them on skype everyday but with Asianet, there are more days of outages than the days it works properly in a month. Within the same session one can see multiple ip addresses which means the connection is not stable and that they have more customers than there should be and every router is constantly struggling to latch on to an IP.
Terrible customer service worse than the worst government office in India. They are sat there only to save the face of the company by constantly changing their response and making excuses on top of excuses for the issues with the connection.
No turn around time for any of their complaints, even technical glitches. Well, from the reviews I understand that they dont keep to their TATs any which ways.
The MNCs should come forward with better offers and the customers will definitely give them good business. It is because every company is going for price increase and not looking for volume business that we have such sorry state of affairs.
