I have been using asianet broad band wifi connection from last 4 years. Service is not so good from last year. I am using unlimited data usage for monthly rent of Rs.551+tax.The main issue iS sometimes connection will lost and will retain after 1-2 days.if we register complaint, will not get any proper response for 24 hours.Another issue with bill payment.
Initially they have given exemption from not using service if issue on their side.But, now a days, they are saying they can’t give exemption for these cases. So I decided to move to better service provider FROM ASIANET.
