Really The Technicans are So Funny & Stupids

I am a customer of ADL since last 5 years. I am getting many issues with that connection. It made a huge loss for me once when I am doing online trading. you can guess how the loss comes !!!


I used to complain about connectivity issues to them. It was a long procedure to register, but once after the process is over the Big technician will call and ask for the location. (They never called me to know the location if it is for bill clearance... ) any way... I locate them, they will come with a big ladder and some tools check all over and how ever they rectify the issue and returns. The very next day the problem starts. Again I will have to register and repeats the same thing...


Many times I had told them its only some short circuit in the line. The line is almost okay in summer, but if raining all will collapse. Recently there was an issue of connectivity and I logged the complaint. the technician came very next day and after his diagnosis, he said like a doctor....


Sorry... THE MODEM IS DEAD..... it is to be replaced and there is no warranty


I borrowed a modem from my friend which he was not using and was in the same connection plan, (He is not using the modem because he knows the quality) and I tried to connect but no use..


Then I called up an electrician and asked him to check the connection & tighten the terminals which is hanging on the post side. he did that and then I tried to connect with the DEAD modem, it got connected.... I saved the modem cost, and I am happy but my dear friends who ever read this blog.... PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR THIS STUPID ASIANET DATALINE EVEN IF THEY GIVE YOU FREE OF COST, BECAUSE IT WILL MAKE YOU A PATIENT......
