Hi the personally had a mixed experience with Askmebazaar. I ordered few products from the site and they promised two deliver the product within one or two week at maximum. However, they often fail keep that promise and I got my products almost a month after I ordered it. The package delivered to me is also not great. It was just OK. You should expect a better service and packet quality from one of top online vendors in India.
Their customer representatives often fail to answer your query and tries to divert your attention with attractive offers. Another problem with them is they claim to have their staff online 24#7, but that is not true. I rarely find their staff online when I needed them and had to post my queries so that they could answer them via mail. You would often feel something fishy about the site.
Anyways, they must improve their service to remain in the market and use high-quality materials to pack the items otherwise it will be tough for them to remain in the market for longer period of the best times
