I am a very regular online buyer and cope up with variety of online websites. all the websites have some attractive things and attractive offers as well. and if you are not giving less price than it is ok but if you are not giving good service to your customers and playing with their emotion than it must be a evil thing. I had the same experience with that website.
I was trying to buy johnson & johnson glucometer strips from that website. this was my first experience with that website. my friends warned me to beware of that website but I did not take their talk seriously and got stuck in that worst website. first I want to say that the design of that website is very bad and you can not understand how to login on that website they have two different classes of that website and one class runs without asking login. it was very difficult to use that website.
somehow I managed to operate that website and very hardly found my desired product. the search results they provides are also very weak. after finding my desired product I applied coupon code and placed my order successfully and payment done successfully.
after than I login to other class of that website and could not find my order and than I called customer care executive he told me that you can see your order status after sometime. and after sometime I got a message on my mobile that your order is canceled because area you entered can not be served by us.
I can not understand if the area is not under their service so why they placed my order. and why they took my money.
this was my first order and I had very bad experience with that website. the refund time is very longer than a normal time I got my refund after a month.
the customer service is worst and the website layout is also very bad. the customer care number is also not toll free. upon calling them you will be charged a lot.
it is my kind suggestion that never buy any product on that website. they are cheater.
