Askmebazaar.com -very worst support never refund

I will like to inform about my experience with Askme bazaar.its too worst and too bad.especially the support is horrible.they didn’t know what they are doing just name sake they will ask same questions and even they will not maintain the history and never reply to e-mails.


Even you can send n-numbers of e-mails they will just call ask the problem again and again with you and they never go call history . I have ordered Raido control Helicopter on askme bazaar in july by paying through net backing. But they delivered by cash on delivery when I called up asked the customer support they said due to some technical issue some error happened if can take the delivery and we will refund in 7 working days. Even though I have paid on net banking they have delivered Cash on delivery.


Hence I have paid twice to collect my part as per customer support advise but from day onwards I have been chasing and I spoken to them more than 40 times and I have sent an nine follow up-e-mails to them…but still same issue they have not refunded the money yet. When ever you called they will say just we have forwarded to concern department they will get back to you.


After that you receive a call saying that we will be refund in 3 to 5 working days Same thing will tell when ever you ask the status. they don’t respect customers and embarrassing to speak to the customer support as every time will say same thing we will process your request it will be refund with in 3 -5 working days Its almost been 3-months completed no update/no refund/no result and same answer-and one more thing they will close the call with out any resolution and they will say due to some technical issue its closed we will raise another ticket for the same and then from now it will take another 3 to 5 working days to refund money I will recommend not to purchase any product even its cheaper as if your in trouble with delivery/or any issue. some thing we will have to follow up like any thing but still they will not provide any resolution and then hassle you like any thing The following are disadvantages, if you raise any concern 1.they never send SMS about to track your ticket 2.They will ask you send an e-mail if any details required but they never reply to you if you ask. we are not authorized to reply to e-mail 3.they will not provide any written commitment if ask for resolution 4.We do not have any interface to track/view the ticket status 5.If the ticket is long pending they will just close and will say technical issue an will not provide any valuable explanation. 6.there is no SLA for them even high priority they will ay we will get back to you in next 4 hours.they just call you and said we will progress your request and it will take 3-5 working days 7.one more thing if you send an e-mail to follow up you will receive an call from them and he will say we will progress your request and it will take 3-5 working days and then again you will an call from other customer executive regarding the same. so they will not have any tracking /update system who is working on ticket. In my case I have raised the following high priority tickets and 9-emails.still my issue is not resolved.

For last case I have rasied on 7th OCt and also send an e-mail no one bother even to call me and not provide any solution even though its high priority call with 4 hours call back support


This is the way ASK ME BAZZAR works.if your involved on any issue like refund/faulty/incorrect part delivery/.you have face lot of hassle and issue with customer support to resolve your issue.Please be attentive Thanks
