I placed an order on 09 Jan 2014 and received a so called verification call on 19 Jan 2014, where as in I smorpheushumanuld have received the product by then as they had promised me delivery in 10 days of time.
After The call, they are asking me to wait for 08 days more for delivery.!
Very frustrating service and the tele callers are very bad on the conversation, when asked to transfer to the senior for further conversation they say " He will also say the same thing which I am telling you sir"
When asked for refund - they say please wait for 08 working days .!
Total not the way you treat your customer.
