Product not delivered, Unprofessional behaviour

I ordered one beats headphones( for an attractive deal price of RS.399 for which I payed online) ON 23rd march 2015, My order id is AB1760954, Later that evening I got a message from askme "your order from Limo has been received at askmebazaar". again I received a message saying "you have not provided your complete address" Though the address was fine, I confirmed my address to the customer care again.After this I got a message saying" Your ordered is confirmed for delivery".

And today I called the crappy customer care to get to know about the status of my order and was shocked to hear from that my order has been cancelled, and the guy on the phone was not even that courteous that he could have asked for an apology, then I asked him to transfer my call to his senior executive, and the guy was so clever that he said "sir I am transferring your call" and he put me on hold.

I don’t understand how can they cancel the items whose delivery was confirmed and that to without a prior notice?

Bottomline: Please don’t buy from this e-commerce fraud.

And yeah askmebazzar if you value your customers, treat them well, and Refund my money back
