I had a horrible experience with askmebazaar.com as one of my friend told me about askmebazaar.com GOSF sale where the prices of the product were quite cheaper compared to another online store. So, I purchased Sony Headphone XB450 at 499.
I was really excited as to getting this product at a very low rate. I had paid the amount in advance but the product was never delivered. After 2-3 days from the date of purchase I got a message from the askmebazaar.com that my order has been cancelled due to unavailability of product . This was such an unprofessional behavior from askmebazaar.com, but the biggest issue was they didn’t returned the money .
I tried to call the customer support team of askmebazaar.com but they simply refused to help saying that they are not responsible for the order the seller of the product is responsible and they assured to refund the money with 5-6 days but I haven’t received yet.
I would suggest all of you not to make prepaid order as the company is not taking responsibility of it.
