I bought a power bank. Received broken one and almost 3 months on and no signs of getting a refund. Customer service worst than going to a govt office to get ur work done.
They say they called me on 24th march but I didnt respond but after that I called them 4 different times.
When I called in the last week of april, I was assured that refund will happen before 1st may and when I called on 6th may I was told that refund will happen the following friday but that did not happen too and when I called them now they said that thwy will start the whole procedure again because I did not receive their call
