Worst Customer Service after selling bad product

I have purchased a two New Ray Mi Power Bank 10400 mAh with order id AB2516442 on dated 23-April-2015. As these power bank are not working properly I raised a return request for them(qrc471846, qrc429217, qrc32607020).


On 28th April I have returned these product. From them I have called your customer care number so many times for my refund. but every time they say that you will get refund with 5-7 working days. even for this they have raised more than 3 ticktets.


When I called your customer care on 10th of june they told me that your refund has been processed. But I didn’t get any refund from you guys. When ever I called them they gave me new complaint number & tell me your refund will be processed in next 7 days. but till now I have received nothing.


ASKMEBAZAAR IS A FAKE SITE. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PURCHASING ANY THING. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEM DON’T LET THEM TO MAKE FOOL OF YOURSELF.
