Askme Bazaar Bastards&Fuckers

Hi Ladies/gentlemen,


I ordered 2 products worth Rs.299 each.I got completely damaged and used products.I request them to refund my amount for which they got my bank details and assured me that my money will be refunded within 7-10 working days once they got the delivered products back.


Believing that, I have been calling them more than twice everyweek to know the status. Everytime they respond to me call they used to " Sorry for the inconvenience caused and regret the inconvenience and will let me know the status as they have forwarded to finance team in which it has been under process and the concerned team will take care of it and respond back shortly ".


This is what has been happening for the couple of months and even today when I called them they asked me to wait till May11.


I don’t know What the fk is wrong with these " Bads " to refund my money.what is there to take too many days(3 months) to process my request?


Even they didn’t have any Toll free no. Everytime I call them, different customer care executive persons will attend my call to whom I have to explain the whole for morethan 10 mins after which they put the call on hold to check the details and will assure me that they will refund it nxt 7-10 working days.So I far have spent Rs.100-150 to talk to them as they didn’t have any Toll free.


I have spoken to some following customer care executive persons,


1) Sathya


2) Vivek


3) Satish


4) Kaajal from Delhi


5) Arun


6) Basil etc., I didn’t remember some more names.


I would like to clearly mention one thing for Askme Bazaar employees of chennai region whomsoever it might be(from low level employee to superior most even), If you people want monthly salaries just " Beg at the signals, temples, beaches or any public places or through donations from any person ", they will put you some pennies atleast. Don’t cheat/fraud this way which can be otherwise called as " Broker Mama’s begging(Proute Brokers) ".Also, I would suggest employees of Askme Bazzar to resign this job and sit idle in home rather than working in this  " Fuing Ba*ds company " and lose your reputation and self respect.


Finally, I would like to conclude suggesting the customers not to prefer this online shopping website and become balded.If possible, customers having this kind of experience should put their comments to create awareness about this.
