ASKMEBAZAAR.COM ! NEVER CARES TO TO ANSWER !!

I HAD PLACED ORDER ON 13/12/2014 ORDER NO xxxxxxxxx WHICH WAS NOT TRACKED FROM YOUR SIDE AND TILL 27/12/2014 IT WAS NOT READY FOR DELIVERY FRO YOUR SIDE . HENCE I HAD REQUESTED TO CANCEL THE ORDER REPEATEDLY CALLING YOUR NUMBER 04444444444 AND FINALLY MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED ON 3RD JANUARY 2015, FOR WHICH I HAD RECIEVED A MESSAGE FROM YOUR SIDE, STATING THAT THE AMOUNT OF RS 1940 WILL BE REFUNDED FROM YOUR SIDE IN NEXT 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS, IT HAS STILL NOT CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT .


I HAD ALSO PLACED AN ORDER ON 16/12/2014 ORDER NO xxxxxxxx, THE PRODUCT WAS OUT OF STOCK FROM YOUR END AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE AMOUNT WILL AUTOMATICALLY GET REFUNDED AND WILL REFLECT IN MY ACCOUNT, SINCE THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK AND UNAVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY FROM YOUR SIDE. THE AMOUNT OF RS 299 IS STILL NOT CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT


WHEN I CALL 04444444444, I AM ALWAYS ASSURED THAT I WILL RECEIVE MY FULL PAYMENT AND I WILL RECEIVE A CALL FROM YOUR BACKEND TEAM REGARDING CONFIRMATION,


TO MAKE THINGS EASY, ON 21ST JANUARY 2014 I CALLED 04444444444 AND GAVE ANOTHER MOBILE NUMBER xxxxxxxxxx SO THAT THE PENDING FORMALITIES COULD BE FINISHED AND AMOUNT IS REFUNDED IN MY ACCOUNT AT THE EARLIEST. YOU HAVE A POLICY TO CALL BACK IN 24 HOURS, ITS ALMOST 48 HOURS NOW NO CALL HAS BEEN MADE


I WANT TO ASK YOU FEW QUESTIONS




  1. ONCE I HAVE CALLED 04444444444 AND CANCELLED AND HAVE RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM YOUR SIDE STATING THE REFUND WILL BE DONE WHY THE REFUND HAS NOT BEEN MADE?




  2. WHY THERE WAS NO PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION FROM YOUR SIDE FOR ORDER NO AB701825, THAT PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK AND AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED? WHY THE AMOUNT IS STILL NOT REFUNDED AUTOMATICALLY?




  3. WHY AFTER REPEATEDLY INFORMING 04444444444 AND REQUESTING TO REFUND THE AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT FROM MORE THAN A MONTH THE AMOUNT IS NOT REFLECTED IN MY ACCOUNT?




  4. WHY THE PEOPLE WHO ARE HANDLING CALL CENTRE TEAM NOT ABLE TO JUSTIFY AND COMMUNICATE PROPERLY?




  5. AM I BEING CHEATED ?




  6. WHY A SIMPLE REFUND PROCESS IS TAKING SUCH A LONG TIME?
