Friends, today I am going share with you an adequate feedback of so called business of e-Commerce. I think without any practical experience no body can say whether it is a "Bane or Boon "
I had placed for a product "Kitchen Pro Electric Roti Maker Atta Maker & Casserole Combo" amounting Rs.1099.00 on 24th Apr15 in Askmebazaar.com. According to their policy, the product was supposed to be delivered within 10 days but the same I have not received within the stipulated time, post which on 7th May15 I called up their Customer Care (044-444-44444) and they issued a complaint having a no of "QRC497400" and they informed me that the concern department would get back to me within 7 working days.
Be informed that their concern department contacted me over phone after 4-5 days of this complaint and informed me that the product going to be delivered by 18th May15 EOD. On 21st May15 I called up their customer care again and they informed me the same thing (The concern department will get back to me and this time the period is mentioned "as early as possible") which they did previously on 7th May15. In the meantime, while I asked the person who confirmed me about the product delivery date (18th May15) to provide a written communication, the person refused to send me any written confirmation against our verbal communication as they have no such Policy on that.
Now .....Can any one suggest me what next can be done from my side ?*
