I have tried many shopping sites and have returned the product many times but askmebazaar is the worst site I have shopped from. The customer support is shitty & unresponsive and there refund process is very slow and below the standards.
I had ordered a leather jacket and I returned it on the same day on which it was delivered and its been more then 30 days I haven’t received refund . but as per there customer support amount has been refunded on 4-2-16 and the mail that I have received from them says the it has been done on 24-12-2015 and then on complaint the says it has been done on 30-12-2015 but till today I haven’t received my refund.
Every time I call the customer support the tell me to raise a new complain and update the bank statement and every time there date of return changes. so guys who shops online a lot I would never recommend this site to you this is a shitty site don’t waste your money on this site.
