Online store with fake products & poor service

I have ordered an skullcandy Headphones and got a broken and fake product. When I complained it to the customer care they have promised of sending a pickupguy to pick the item within 48hrs. It has been 20 days since I lodged the request, but nobody turned up. Saddest network of the era.
