I had purchased Power Bank of Samsung from Askmebazar.com. When I received it was faulty so I contacted them to return it and refund the money. I have done minimum 50 calls but still there is nothing. Every time customer care executive would commit that you will get call in 48 days but no one calls.
My order date is January and today is 8th April, still nothing happened. My complaint number is QRC 95311 and QRC187881. Most pathetic things is, when you call again after 10 days to know the status of your complaint, they will register complain again and then they will tell you to wait for minimum 7 days.
I am fedup. I decided not to buy anything from them. This company is cheating us by showing Ranbir Kapur and Kangana.
Most cheated online shopping. Its worst shopping experience.
