I had ordered a MI XIOMI PowerBank from ASkmaBazaar.com on 24th May 2015, order no: AB3193810 & received it on 29th May. But when I tried to charge my mobile through it, I found it faulty. Then I called the customer care, but they told that they cant lodge the complaint & I have to send a mail to help@aSkmabazaar.com which I sent immediately. Also the customer guy assured me that Ill get my amount refund back.
Again after 3 days when I didnt get any reply, I called the customer care & only got the response that I have to wait for another 3/4 days to get a reply, but he was also not sure about it. So I was not convinced, but still waited & also after 4 days passed, I still have not got any reply.
Now, I am completely sure that they are not going to do anything either any communication from them or any kind of refund process as they only know how to cheat the customers by looting their hard earned money. I made a huge mistake by choosing aSkmabazaar.com, but as a customer, I know my right & will do my course of action against aSkmabazaar.
As I am sharing my bad experience here, I expect all the customers who either have been cheated by aSkmabazaar or planing to buy something from them will get a good piece of information.
