On 06/02/15 I ordered(ORDER NO-AB971348) a Samsung 2600 mAh power bank which I received on 12/02/15, it is not working( not charging any mobile) I contacted the Samsung service center which after checking it replied that the purchased product is fake.
Then I contacted ASKME they assured me that they initiate the return process within 72 hrs but it has crossed more than 120 hrs, not a single call has been received. IS ANYBODY from ASKMEBAZAAR side can reply to this?
