My askmebazaar order id is AB877245. Even aftrr payment when I didn’t get my order I was told that order was cancelled from askmebazaar side by due to unavailablity stock on 21Jan15. Since then I called at 04444444444 almost daily but I didn’t get my refund.
For showing effort QRC is opened and customer has to wait for 72 hrs after that old QRC is closed without resolving issue and again customer has to wait for minimum 72 hrs. My frw QRCs are 76492 dated 2Feb15, 82005 dated 4Feb15, 100321 dated 11Feb15. Each time I’ m told that askmebazaar backing team will call me but nobody has called me till now.
Each time I’m tolled that my mobile no. was found unreadable and sometime s busy. But my call log has not shown any incoming call at their mentioned time and date. I have given them total 3 mobile numbers but still they say they are unable to reach.
Surprisingly, no user account is maintained by askmebazaar.com. Customer can contact them by phone and email only. askmebazaar says that they can reply to customer by phone only which they never does. They will not reply your email. They say thay they will not refund customer money untill their backup team talks with customer, which they never do.
Customer is not allowed to talk or contact with their backing team. In short after taking money in the name of order they have created such system that will not allow refund of your money. Each time customer has to spend money in calling them at their std number 04444444444. They are doing online cheating. Please avoid buying from this site you will not get anything exept headache and fraud.
