I have placed an order on 22nd Aug(Order ID: AB4740071) for an Eway 9000 MAH power bank, I received the delivery of product on 26th Aug. On opening I found that, the outer packing was good but inside there were sand particles in huge amount.
Corrugated box was open and inside that was a samsung power bank, this was not the product which I ordered. Sand particles were completely entered the product and it was scrap type of product.
My question is didnt ASKMEBAZAAR do quality checks before packing. Even their packers can figure out that product is not in good condition. The next day I wrote a mail with snapshots to them but till today after 20 days there is no response on this.
CS says that they cant replace the product nor they will refund first, just they will pick the product and later they will decide about refund.
They are not ready to provide this statement in writing. We cant believe in such fraudulent behavior.
I need revert on this from ASKMEBAZAAR immediately with replacement of this product.
