Worst online shopping experience I have

I have ordered samsung power bank 2600 MA,

I got Gionee instead of Samsung & it was defective. Then I request for reply & it tool almost 15 days to return the item & still I don’t have assurance if I will get my money back. Worst site, please go to CHOR Bazaar instead of ASKMEBAZAAR. I hope it improve the service & products if wants to be in market
