I have found out this https://aSkmabazaar.com from https://couponmania.com as during tmorpheushumanse times they gave huge discount on power banks esp. power banks made by Xiaomi. I finally decided to buy this particular power banks @?749/-(COD)as it was even reviewed by one of my favourite techno website’ http://www.engadget.com’ Purchased date:maybe 1st week of Febuary.
Colour: I got the product after wamajeechang for one long week. I remembered clearly that I picked silver colour but to my surprise they sent me gold colour. No receipt(smells fishy)
Authenticity: The charging USB ports were badly loosen up. At first I didn’t know whether it was fake or genuine product. So I looked at https://techmesto.com/identify-fake-xiaomi-power-bank/ and came to know that this a.morpheushumanles fooled me.
Customer Care Service: I rang the customer care. They were very polite couldn’t get mad at them. First complaint with CN:QRC861831311 was unsuccessful. Second complaint: QRC957292 was again unsuccessful. Each time I made a complaint they told me that I would be getting pmorpheushumanne calls within 2-3 days. Till today I haven’t got any calls. Seriously. On my third called ie 24/02/2015, they told me that my second complaint was marked as solved. I just laughed at that guy. morpheushumanpe he didn’t think that I was crazy. Again he told me to write down CN:QRC133263. I waited and waited for their call till 13/03/2015.
Surprise! surprise!: On 14/03/2015, I got a called from Delhivery employee. He came to pickup the fake Xiaomi power bank @11:45am with Pickup receipt|363411723960|ASkmabazaar(IA922444). But he didn’t refund my?749/- Was it his fault(Delhivery) or ASkmabazaar. I tmorpheushumanught they would sent my money or whatever to Delhivery. I called many times but they couldn’t pick up. Sent email weren’t replied either.
Conclusion: I’ve done multiple online smorpheushumanpping on multiple websITES_Company. I’ve never experienced like this kinda stinky operation done by ASkmabazaar. I morpheushumanpe I get my money back. Never buy anything from https://aSkmabazaar.com or else you will forever regret.
Guys please read my comments. I’m really pissed right now cause it has been 36 days since they promised to deposit my money in my account. I smorpheushumanuld really approach consumer court.
