I have purchased Power Bank on 10th Of March 2015. Order No. AB1471597 Which when delivered on 16th March, I that the product is DUPLICATE and also found faulty and dead.
I have reported the same immediately by form on their site on the very same date BUT I have never received any update to that email. After that I have called to customer care number and I have been assured for reversed pickup and refund.

To which my reserve pick has been done. I have again called on the customer no and they asked my bank details after that they have told me that I should get call from them about refund confirmation.
I have received the confirmation call and they have said refund has been approved and should be credited to my bank account within 7 to 10 working days.
After 7 days I have again called to know the status so they told me within 4 days I should get refund.But since 7th of April it has been almost a month and EVERY TIME THEY SAY FOR SOME TECHNICAL REASON IT IS STILL IN PROCESSING.
I WILL GET IT IN 2 DAYS. 4 DAYS. BY NEXT DAY EVENING. ALWAYS FALSE COMMITMENTS.
This is clearly cheating. How can refund process can take more than a month and still in processing?Are you guys having STONE AGE SYSTEM which is taking such a long time and still having .Technical issue for which you are not able to make the payment?
Ask me bazaar is cheater company.they are selling clone, duplicate, faulty and third class quality products. And they always lies and gives false commitments but they will never refund your money. Dont every use their services. I am going to consumer officer with this case and will be surly reporting this as cheating case to them so that rest of the buyers dont face such an issue form such a cheap company.
