Order id: DGA6918457 placed on 1st of november and they haven’t delivered it on time(ie within 10 working days) I caled them dailye for status and everybody told different date of delivery. After 10 working days I called up thr CC team and they said my money will be refunded in 7-10 working days and he raised the cancellation request.
But instead of refund they have shipped damaged product and now they are not even replacing the damaged product.
