Did not recieve any further Alerts about packing, despatching etc.
On 29/08/2015 I Called up the Helpline at 04444444444. Recieved a response from the executive: Sir it is Showing the Product is in Stock so be rest assure you will get the delivery by 03/09/2015.
Was expecting a Despatch SMS by atleast 01/09/2015.
Again called up 04444444444. Recieved a response from the executive: Sir, Currently the status is showing that the Product is in Stock. I asked if I am about to get the delivery by 03/09/2015, Logically it should be despatched by today i.e. 01/09/2015. I want to raise a complain regarding the same. Response was: Sorry sir, any complaint against this can be raised only after 03/09/2015. I asked him to Transfer the call to the Supervisor. He responded in a very rude way. Sorry sir, I cannot transfer the call to my senior as I have already given you all the information required.
This msg is for you Mr. Ashutosh( The customer service Executive): Today I called to the customer care and your So called colleague says, " Sorry sir the order is cancelled mentioning that it is OUT OF STOCK.
This was such a great service that I have got from your company.
This Mobile was a gift for my Mom on her Birthday and thanks to you the Gift surprise has been ruined.
I would recommend all the users beware before using the app. Nothing is in their control. Not even their own Customer Service Executives are under the Companys Control.
And now the msg to ASKMEBAZAAR: Go and get some training about Online Shopping from Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, Shopclues, and many other online shopping apps and then be fit to get into the Market.
